About Us

At Podiatry on Central, we offer expert foot care to help you live pain-free and active. Our skilled podiatrists treat a wide range of conditions, including general footcare, sports injuries, diabetic foot care, and chronic heel pain. Using advanced 3D foot scanning, we can create custom orthotics tailored to your needs. We also provide personalised advice on correct footwear to ensure comfort and support.

With a focus on patient care, we provide treatments like shockwave therapy for chronic pain and minor surgery for ingrown toenails. Whether it’s routine check-ups or specialised care, our goal is to keep your feet healthy and help you move with confidence.

Ruth Stump

Lead Podiatrist

Ruth brings extensive expertise and dedication to her role as Lead Podiatrist at Podiatry on Central. Graduating from LaTrobe University, Melbourne, in 1995, Ruth has since worked in many private podiatry practices across the country including Hobart, Sydney and Perth. Ruth is now a local to the Kalamunda area and started providing high quality foot care at Podiatry on Central in 2017. She is passionate about patient care, always striving to ensure comfort and effective solutions for each individual. In her other life Ruth has played soccer for many years, longer than being a Podiatrist, and this year is hanging up the boots to hopefully have more time to spend in her garden and go bushwalking, that’s when she’s not busy organising her three very active teenage girls.

Alison

Reception Team

Alison has over 17 years of experience working alongside podiatrists in various clinics across Perth. Her wealth of knowledge and welcoming nature help create a positive environment for both patients and staff. Outside of work, Alison loves spending time with her family and grandchildren, as well as enjoying caravan adventures with her husband and friends.

Hannah

Reception Team

Hannah brings 4 years of experience working with medical professionals and over two years of specialisation in podiatry care. She is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and friendly experience for all patients. In her spare time, Hannah loves doing cross-stitch and crocheting and spending time with her family.

Billy

Podiatrist

Billy graduated from Western Sydney University in 2014 and has over 10 years of experience as a podiatrist.

Billy enjoys all aspects of podiatry but has a special interest in applying a holistic approach to care. He is passionate about integrating recent research and targeted therapies to support individuals with persistent, chronic musculoskeletal symptoms. By viewing the body as an integrated system, Billy identifies and addresses the root causes of persistent issues, rather
than just the symptoms.

To ensure he is providing the best possible care, he continually seeks out opportunities for growth, including advanced manual therapy training in France and the USA.

Outside of work Billy participates in activities such as cooking, socialising, and spending time outdoors.
