Podiatry on Central does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. This information is only used internally by Podiatry on Central
Disclosure of personal information
Except as required by law, Podiatry on Central will not give out personal user data to any third party. However, Podiatry on Central reserves the right to contact members of our database for verification purposes.
As some of our clients are referred from a medical practitioner written correspondence is standard between accredited professionals to provide the best care to our clients.
Patients are welcome to access their records for their own purposes by emailing the clinic.
If a third party such as a lawyer requests a copy of client files, written confirmation from the client is required and a small admin fee may be charged.
Maintaining of personal information
Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Personal information must be kept for a minimum of 7 years after which time we will take steps to destroy if no longer needed.
